This Refund Policy applies to all one-time online service purchases provided by INCRESCENT TECH LTD. All service transactions are one-time payments, with no recurring charges. This document outlines the applicable rules for service adjustment requests.
Eligible Requests (When You May Apply)
You may submit an adjustment request if any of the following conditions apply:
– You have completed the purchase but have not yet received any service delivery, consultation, or communication related to the service.
– The service cannot be provided due to technical issues on our side, and no alternative arrangement is available.
– The service description on the website contains clear errors or misleading information that prevents you from using the service as intended, etc.
Non-Eligible Situations (When No Adjustment Will Be Made)
Adjustment requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
– Partial or full service content has been delivered, official consultation communication has been initiated, or customized content production is in progress.
– You have already received the core service, including but not limited to completed consultation sessions, delivered documents, or finished technical guidance.
– Any service where consultation has officially started, custom production is underway, or service delivery has been partially or fully completed is not eligible for adjustment application.
– You change your mind about the service after receiving clear information before purchase.
– Requests are submitted outside the stated application timeframe, etc.
– Completed one-off online advisory and technical support services are not eligible for subsequent applications.
Application Timeframe
Eligible adjustment requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days following payment confirmation. Any requests raised beyond this time frame will not be reviewed. All application messages will receive a response within 24 working hours.
Review & Processing Timeline
1. Your request will be acknowledged within 24 working hours of receipt.
2. Our team will conduct an internal review of your request, which will not exceed 7 working days.
3. If your request is approved, the fund arrangement will be initiated immediately.
4. Final processing results will be notified to you through official contact methods.
Fund Arrival Time
Once an adjustment application is formally approved, the corresponding fund arrangement will be completed within 7–14 working days. The actual arrival time shall be subject to the normal processing cycle of the relevant financial channel and cannot be guaranteed by our company.
Data Record Retention
Relevant transaction and communication records will be stored for 12 months in accordance with daily business management standards, used only for internal review and file reference.
